You now have the opportunity to
train with James
on a one to one
basis or with a friend if you wish to spread the cost a little.
James trains with a mix of basic training methods as well as more up
to date cutting edge training protocols to push you through sticking
points and bring up lagging body parts.
James believes in brief but intense sessions where the weight is not
important. His philosophy is "bodybuilding is all about time under
tension and making a light weight feel heavy".
So forget about more is better, it's all about
quality not quantity!
